About Us
SRU Training is a group of individuals with an incredible array of real world experience in weapons, tactics, investigations, threat responses and location scouting throughout the southwest United States and abroad. Our consultants come from retired federal agents with SWAT and undercover backgrounds, pilots, ex-operators from all areas of joint special operations, homicide detectives, patrol officers, coroners assistants, more. If it’s military, police or security related, we have one or more experienced people who can advise and train you or your entire crew.
Real World Training
Our CEO, Lenny Davis has an incredible wealth of experience as a retired US Customs agent. Lenny has been a firearms instructor for over 50 years, having began as a dog handler in the US Army Military Police and moved to SWAT, then worked in the Bureau of Prisons before landing with US Customs. He’s run SRT teams, drug interdiction, money laundering and other specialized units. Lenny has spent countless hours in the deserts all over the southeastern United States.
